Please contact us to confirm that we can repair your airgun before shipping. Send your airgun via UPS rather than the US Postal Service. We accept repairs ONLY FROM customers in the USA since shipping airguns internationally cannot be tracked effectively and there are customs issues with doing so. Domestic customers should ship via UPS or equivalent. We have found it best to declare your airgun as an "airgun for repair" or "sporting goods", do not declare it as a gun, weapon, rifle, or pistol. Inside the box, include your name, address, phone number, and email address, with a brief note describing the problem or work to be done and a copy of the email you received from us.
